We are delighted to announce Nick Confalone as a guest of honor for Nightmare Nights 2017!  Nick joins writers M. A. Larson and G. M. Berrow and, as the only writer without initials for a first name, we are thrilled to have him joining us!

Nick Confalone has written for My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic from season 5 on, writing episodes like Party PoopedDungeons & Discords, and Rock Solid Friendship. Aside from his work on MLP, Nick has written for shows like Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil, Johnny Test, Littlest Pet Shop, Future-Worm!, and more. When he’s not writing animation shows, he’s remembering the glory days of Vine with 50 million loops of videos of his kids, and writing books about helicopters.

Meeting our guests of honor is always fun, but we need your help too! Panel applications are open from now until September 9, and we’re looking for all kinds of panels from every part of the fandom. Even if you’ve never been on a panel before, if you’ve got something to talk about or show off, we’ve got a platform for you, so submit those panels today! And if you’d like to volunteer to help out, our volunteer application is open as well. For a few hours of work each day, you get a free badge to attend, plus the satisfaction of helping out your community! We have a variety of different positions available, from security to operations to registration to AV, so check out that application!

Registration is open at a discounted rate until the convention, including our Sponsor badges, which are a great way to make your Nightmare Nights experience even better. Premium Sponsors will also be able to mingle with our Guests of Honor at a special cocktail party on Friday night, on top of other Sponsor badge perks like reserved panel seating and memorabilia. Our Premium Sponsor badges are almost sold out, so don’t wait! Once you’re registered, don’t forget to reserve your room at the Crowne Plaza Addison using the code MLP for a discount.

Thank you to all our attendees and fans for your continued support! There’s still more to come, so be sure to stay follow us on Twitter, Facebook, and Tumblr feeds (and turn on mobile notifications for your phone) for more updates!
